Well, if your feeling down, Try some Bacon!

When your feeling down, depressed, or whatever, then try some bacon!  Bacon always seems to cheer me up . . . Pan fried bacon is better then then microwave bacon without any comparison at all!

I see that some people like their bacon a little soft like ham, but I like mine crispy! Really crispy!  There's a 30 second window when your cooking it that's right before it starts burning is when it's best I think.   . . . . Simply bacon perfection. . .

Canadian Bacon doesn't really look or quite taste like bacon. I don't think it should even be called bacon by todays standards of what bacon is considering if you lay a piece of Canadian bacon on a plate, then ask someone what it is. . . . . 9/10 will say it's ham!
